Linhof has a long and fascinating photographic history form Valentin Linhof's original product the leaf shutter, which became part of Compur, to his last - the first all metal folding camera.
Linhof's most famous and enduring product, the Technika, camera began from that first all metal folding camera and is still going strong today with the Master Technika 4 x 5 and the Technika 2000 4 x 5. The Technika line has been in production since the Technika Medzin of 1937 till today! And in formats from 6 x 9 cm to 8 x 10 inches!
Exceptionally light weight all metal tripods that hold large heavy cameras (003414 weighs 5 lbs and supports 15 lbs) (003317 weighs 7 lbs and supports 20+ lb systems). Vibration-free, solid support with the 35mm diameter center column fully extended, fully retracted or anywhere inbetween.
Reversible center columns, Head mount on leg of 003414. Minimum height (camera top will touch the ground, maximum height 003414 = 65" +head, 003317 = 73" + head.
Both versions use the 77mm top plate with 1/4 and 3/8" threads so all popular heads are easily attached.
Linhof Heavy Duty Pro tripod 003323 weighs 16 lbs (less head) and supports 45 lbs+. Whatever the system the Heavy duty Pro will support it! Accepts accessory Large Geared Center Column as well as a solid 2' extension column. Maximum height without column is 72". An additional 24" can be added with the Large Geared Center Column and the Extension Column adds another 24" when desired. Maximum height with both columns is 10 feet!
The Profi III 003454 tripod features rubber covered legs with a cam setting to adjust leg spread. Legs can be spread equally or onequally. Maximum height with the built-in Large Geared Column is 74" (the solid Extension Column can be added to make a total height of 98")
The tripod weighs 15 lbs and supports 45 lbs. Minimum height with the legs fully spread is 10".
The column can be reversed so the top of the camera can touch the ground.
All Linhof tripods have convertible rubber pads/metal spikes.
LINHOF HEADS
Ball heads for every size camera of the best quality in a range of sizes and prices. All Linhof tripods and heads from HP Marketing Corp. carry a 5 year warranty.
Universal ball heads are Linhof's smalleset heads supporting up to 5 lbs for the 01 and 10 lbs for the 1. Universal heads have no tension control. The have the reversible 1/4 - 3/8" thread top plate and have a 3/8" threaded socket with a 1/4" reducing bushing.
PROFI BALL HEADS
Profi Ballheads have tension control and seperate locks for the pan and the ball. They have fully calibrated bases and support heavy equipment. They are built for deacdes of professional use. The Profi heads are available with either the 1/4 - 3/8" threade top plates or with the Linhof Quickfix quick release system that is auto locking and has a non twist surface camera plate. The Profi II weighs 1 lb without Quickfix or 1.7 lb with. It supports systems up to 18 lbs.
3-Way Levelling Head
Offers 360° rotation in each of 3 planes each with its' own lock. Very compact, exceptionally strong. Easily supports cameras in the 20 pound weight range. 77mm top and bottom plates. Supplied with both 1/4 and 3/8" camera screws. 3/8" tripod socket with 1/4" reducing bushing.
